Position: Enterprise Solutions Manager responsibility is to fill and manage their sales pipeline through every aspect of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business by engaging with prospects and navigating them through the sales cycle from Discovery Demo, to Free Trial, Presentation of Findings and Closed Won to finally handing over the Customer to the delivery team.
Enterprise Solutions Manager will be supported by our Head of Sales ensuring your deals are ‘’Closed - Won’’ and simultaneously you learn throughout the sales cycle how to manage and win your own deals end to end autonomously.
The Role Fill and Manage your sales pipeline through the sales cycle from prospecting to close by engaging with prospects. Your ability to maintain your focus on lead generation is key to closing multiple new customer deals down the line.
Your goal will be to apply prospecting skills to identify and prospect new customers in multinational organizations. With a customer centric approach, you will qualify their business goals and identify solutions.
Support Innovation - can think outside the box and can come up with ideas to optimize processes. Be the subject matter expert on company offering vs competitors and how to position relative to each competitor including key differences and USP’s. Handle all prospect queries and objections successfully at each stage of the sales cycle. Follow the company process for each stage of the sales cycle and move the prospect through each stage of the sales cycle. Communicating with prospects and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines Developing budgets and timelines for prospects and the company they work for Qualifying inbound leads and prospects via phone and email Preparing and presenting proposals and bids / Holding virtual demonstrations with an end goal of earning a prospect’s business
Collaborating with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results Uncovering and understanding a company’s needs Be the subject matter expert for Hubspot CRM - logging / updating deals / notes) with relevant information based on how demos are progressing so there is 100% visibility / transparency across the organization.
Technical Knowledge: Reporting and recording all sales activities in a web-based Hubspot CRM system Become the subject matter expert for the company platform (setting up / running DIVR, RIVR, IVR Connect). Be the subject matter expert on creating Loom Sales Videos which in return will lead to qualified Demos Understand the technical requirements of our potential new customers and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings. Providing input on presentations, product sheets, marketing collateral and proposal templates in the interest of achieving overall team targets
Travel will be required from time to time to represent the company at expos and meetings with prospects, customers internationally Attending trade shows and hosting customer events Working to specific market local time zones will be required from time to time to close out prospects.
Deliver minimum sales activity to book monthly demo’s progressing to Free Trial and Customer Closing Phase. Required to be solutions oriented at all times and take full responsibility for the prospect within the company and be the voice of the prospect internally.
