Overview: We're seeking a Junior Field Engineer with a qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of technologies while working alongside experienced engineers and contributing to real client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers with implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Provide on-site technical support — diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Support project teams with deployments and integrations, including cloud, networking, and security solutions.
Document systems, configurations, and procedures to support knowledge sharing.
Perform regular maintenance such as system updates, patches, and backups.
Set up and configure user accounts, email systems, and IT services.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring strong relationships and excellent service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
IT or Computer Science related qualification.
Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and hardware fundamentals.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common IT tools (antivirus, backup, etc.).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn new technologies and pursue ongoing professional growth.
Preferred Experience:
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
Internship or work experience in IT support or customer-facing technical environments.
Awareness of cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity concepts.
