Senior Developer / Team Lead - Digital Transformation

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Developer / Team Lead to join our Digital Transformation team. This is a strategic hire, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills, guiding both projects and people while ensuring high-quality delivery. This role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely and attend onsite client meetings as required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a development team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence.
Design, architect, and implement solutions across SharePoint, Power Platform, Data Analytics, and AI/Copilot technologies.
Collaborate with clients to analyse business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Act as a Solution Architect, ensuring solutions are designed and delivered to best practice standards.
Engage in presales activities, including solution design, technical presentations, and document preparation.
Contribute to the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives, including workflow automation, analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted technology partner.
Stay up to date with Microsoft certifications, tools, and innovations.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex digital solutions.
Strong expertise in:
SharePoint (development/customisation)
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Data Analytics
AI / Copilot solutions
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather, understand, and document requirements.
Experience in solution architecture, presales, client engagement, and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Active Microsoft certifications desirable (e.g., PL-600, MB-820, PL-300).
Experience working within a partner system (Microsoft Partner environment desirable).
Business Central experience is an advantage.
