Project Manager - HR Systems Transformation (10-Month Contract | Potential Extension) Location: Dublin Contract Type: Day Rate Contract
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a key HR Systems evolution and transformation initiative. This role focuses on managing upgrades, implementing new directives, and ensuring smooth transitions within Pay and Time systems. The project involves both executing clearly defined actions provided by Group as well as analyzing and managing more complex systematic handovers to align with evolving HR and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR system transformation projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Manage upgrades and enhancements to Pay and Time systems, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal business disruption.
Interpret and implement Group directives, including regulatory requirements such as Pay Transparency.
Oversee systematic handovers between teams and vendors, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and processes.
Engage with HR, IT, vendors, and Group stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and align on project deliverables.
Develop project documentation including plans, reports, risks, and status updates for senior stakeholders.
Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with both internal policies and external directives.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering HR or ERP system-related projects.
Strong experience with HRIS / Pay and Time systems (e.g., SAP HR, Oracle HCM, Workday, ADP, or similar).
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and HR directives such as Pay Transparency.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across HR, IT, and Group functions.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in both structured and ambiguous environments, adapting to evolving requirements.
