About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a leading organisation undergoing enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, driving Agile practices to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance both customer and employee experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering transformation projects across business and technology functions.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives), ensuring strong collaboration and alignment across teams.
  • Coach and mentor team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues impacting delivery.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog aligned to organisational goals.
  • Ensure delivery progress is transparent and communicated to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across the teams.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master within enterprise environments, ideally with complex or regulated projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar) and ability to adapt them to different team contexts.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple workstreams.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) highly desirable.
