Job Title: Scrum Master Contract: 12 Months (with possible extension) Location: South East (Hybrid working available)
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a leading organisation undergoing enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, driving Agile practices to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance both customer and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering transformation projects across business and technology functions.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives), ensuring strong collaboration and alignment across teams.
Coach and mentor team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile practices to drive continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues impacting delivery.
Partner with Product Owners to refine, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog aligned to organisational goals.
Ensure delivery progress is transparent and communicated to stakeholders at all levels.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across the teams.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master within enterprise environments, ideally with complex or regulated projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar) and ability to adapt them to different team contexts.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple workstreams.
Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
