Own and maintain the technology roadmap for Sales, Marketing & Digital functions
Manage vendor relationships and product evolution
Define and document system architecture and standards
Identify new requirements and drive technology-enabled improvements
Provide 3rd-line application support and coordinate AMS with vendors
Collaborate with IT Operations, Architecture, and Service Management
Deliver upgrades and implementations in partnership with project teams
Coach and mentor junior staff; line manage business analyst resources
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years in technology roles, ideally with Sales/Marketing/Digital systems focus
Strong solution architecture and systems-thinking capability
Experience managing vendors and cross-functional initiatives
Proven leadership, mentoring, and line management skills
