Overview
Seeking a results-driven Technology Sales Lead to drive business growth in Ireland and the UK. This role focuses on selling Microsoft Business Applications, SAGE Intacct, and related services. You'll manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while collaborating on go-to-market strategies and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
  • Sell Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SAGE Intacct, and associated services
  • Achieve targets via strategic, consultative selling
  • Develop repeatable sales strategies across regions
Lead Management
  • Source, qualify, and manage leads
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, and renewals
  • Track pipeline activity and opportunities
Planning & Business Development
  • Develop and execute a business development plan
  • Prioritize new business while maintaining key accounts
  • Partner with marketing to craft value propositions and campaigns
  • Attend industry events and represent the brand
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
  • 3rd-level degree or 5+ years relevant experience
  • 3+ years in tech sales (ideally B2B, ERP/CRM like MS Dynamics or Sage)
  • Track record in sales performance within Ireland/UK
  • Valid driving licence
Preferred
  • Experience with public sector/corporate/SME sales
  • Familiarity with Microsoft and Sage ecosystems
  • Consultative selling experience
