Senior Project Manager Location: Waterford Type: Full time, Hybrid
We are looking for our client to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact projects across Managed Services, Professional Services, and internal initiatives. This is a key role for someone passionate about driving delivery excellence and contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of projects across Managed Services, Professional Services, and internal business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client requirements.
Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, including scoping, resource planning, risk management, budget control, and delivery.
Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within agreed scope and timelines.
Continuously enhance and standardize project management practices and tools to support efficient, scalable delivery.
Contribute to the evolution of the company’s delivery model, identifying areas for innovation and process improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
Support and mentor project teams, encouraging a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Produce and present project documentation and performance reports to leadership and client stakeholders.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience managing projects in an IT, MSP, or technology services environment.
Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects across various service lines.
Strong knowledge of IT Managed Services, Professional Services, and business operations.
Experience implementing and improving project management methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency with project management tools; certification in Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP is a plus.
Degree in a related field (e.g., IT, Business, Project Management); additional professional qualifications are advantageous.
Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
